Jean Power is one of my favourite bead teachers/artists. She taught at the Portland Bead Society and in amongst the classes she was offering was this Ceilte Pot. Anything involving 3-dimensional objects intrigues me and this Pot did just that.
This is Jean Power's original design which came with matching earrings.
Me being me, and not anyone else, I managed to find a way to make the pattern my own. Does this pot by Jean look anything like my totem pole below ... ?
I just cannot help it!
Nonetheless, despite a few setbacks, I think this piece came out rather well though I say it myself.
It is just under 3 1/2 inches high and approximately 1 1/2 inches wide.
