Shipping Information

Shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart once you select the state where the order is being shipped to. Quite often the shipping charge is not much more than a couple of dollars sometimes less, it all depends on the weight. It doesn't seem right to be charged a high shipping fee if all you want is one spool of thread. International orders will have shipping and handling calculated separately - (see below).

Orders will be shipped on receipt whenever possible (I will notify you by email if there is any reason for delay). Shipping is via USPS First-class for which there is a minimum charge of $1.55 or Priority mail with a minimum charge of $5.80.

Sad to say the USPS keeps on putting up their charges. Priority Mail is becoming less and less of a bargain.

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart as items are added. You will always be charged the lowest possible shipping and handling.

International Orders

When you select international shipping the cost of shipping and handling will be added manually to your invoice. Before finalising the order I will contact you by email to confirm the amount. For those purchases made by Paypal a second invoice will be sent to cover the shipping charges.

A customs form is always included with international packages. The total value of the contents is declared. Any taxes, duties, customs, extra postage etc. incurred on receipt is the responsibility of the customer.
