Refund Policy

If for any reason whatsoever you want to return anything just let us know. We will exchange the item, or refund your money.

International orders are mailed F.O.B. This means once it is mailed it is no longer our responsibility. We will not replace orders which do not reach their destination. If you think your order is late in arriving please make enquiries at your local post office and/or customs.

Privacy Policy

This Policy is effective March 25, 2010

The information we collect is volunteered by our consumers to complete an order, or contact us for questions, for example name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address). Credit card information is used only to process the current order and then is permanently deleted from the server once the transaction has cleared. No credit card information is retained on our systems, or on paper files. We do not set up online customer accounts to store customer information

With respect to information security: certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information when ordering, are redirected to the shopping cart on a secure server. Mal's Ecommerce Shopping Cart is a https secure PCI compliant server. Customer information is deleted from the server once the order is completed.

No customer information is sold to other companies.

Newsletters: if you want to sign up for our newsletter, you can directly do so via the website, or by checking the box on the shopping cart form when checking out. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter, or by e-mailing us to remove you from the list. We do not sell, or share your e-mail address.

With respect to cookies: cookies may be used to record session information, such as items consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on which pages users access or visit for product ordering or general website statistics.
