Japanese Silk Floss
YLI Silk Thread for rod wrapping.
100 wt 3/0 200 meter spools - for rod wrapping.

Japanese silk thread from YLI is very popular among the makers of classic style bamboo fly rods, custom rod builders and in classic fly tying. Japanese silks have long been recognized as the finest in the industry. Silk is the world's strongest natural fiber and the colors are vibrant and true.
This 100% filament silk thread giving it a smoother more vibrant finish over spun thread. As fine as a human hair; it comes on 200 meter spools in 67 different colours.
Looks great with either varnish or epoxy finishes.
