Shipping Information

Our goal is to keep your shipping cost as low as possible. It doesn't seem right to be charged a high shipping fee if all you want is one spool of thread. We normally ship Monday through Friday.

Below are our standard shipping methods. If you would like your purchases shipped differently (Fed Ex, Express Mail, UPS, etc...) please contact us and we will be happy to arrange that for you.

Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart as items are added. Please note, we check the shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart against the actual shipping and handling and will reduce the costs if warranted.

Shipping to a different address: In the shopping cart you have the option of shipping to an address different than the billing address if you wish to, as in purchasing a gift for someone. If you would like the invoice mailed to your billing address, please include a little note in the comments section of the shopping cart and we will be happy to mail the invoice separately.

*Please note if you shipment arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and contents and notify us as soon as possible.

Domestic (US) Orders

Shipping is via First Class Mail (up to 13oz.) or Priority mail. Shipping and handling charges are calculated in the shopping cart once you select the state where the order is being shipped to. You will be able to select and review the shipping charges before you check out.

As per the US Post Office - First Class Mail delivers between 1 - 3 days; and Priority Mail delivers between 1 - 3 days, usually on the 2nd day. We can not guarantee delivery times.

Orders are normally shipped same or next day. Shipping is via First-class mail for which there is a minimum charge of $1.80 or Priority mail with a minimum charge of $5.80.

If you would like your purchases shipped differently (Fed Ex, Express Mail, UPS, etc...) please contact us and we will be happy to arrange that for you.

Canadian Orders

Shipping is via First Class and; and will be calculated in the shopping cart. You will be able to select and review the shipping charges before you check out. We can not guarantee delivery times.

A customs form is always included with all international packages. The total value of the contents is declared. Any taxes, duties, customs, extra postage etc. incurred on receipt is the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Shipping is via First Class (delivery time varies per country); and will be calculated in the shopping cart. You will be able to select and review the shipping charges before you check out. We can not guarantee delivery times.

All international orders are F.O.B. This means once we have mailed the package it is no longer our responsibility. We will not replace orders which do not reach their destination. If you think your order is late in arriving please make enquiries at your local post office and/or customs.

If you live in a country that does not have Zip, or Postal Codes (Like Ireland), then enter xxxxxx in the shopping cart when it asked for your Postal Code.
